Founder/Chief Executive Officer

Khawar Malik has led Khawar Malik Industries (KMI) to becoming one of the leaders in the conjoined commercial real estate and media business. With his relentless focus on providing the best customer service experience to both the real estate and media clients, KMI has grown in a fashion like non other in its industry.  Being obsessive compulsive about our customer experience KMI assures its clients grow in both their social media presence and financially.  He started early in the real estate business by taking his real estate license course when he was 18 years old and began working under the wings of an investors in his college years. Through out the last few years Khawar Malik has flipped countless properties in these NJ cities: Newark, East Orange, Roselle, Bound Brook, Orange, Jersey City, and Bayonne. Moreover, he has 141 residential units underway in Jersey City, NJ and an additional 120 residential units breaking ground in December 2021 in Starke, Florida. Khawar Malik has served local Jersey City and Plainfield, NJ non profit organizations by donating the greatest asset he possess, his time.
